The month-long political drama in Maharashtra saw an overnight twist when BJP’s Devendra Fadnavis took oath as Maharashtra CM early morning on Saturday.
Interestingly, NCP’s Ajit Pawar joined hands with the BJP to become Deputy CM. Earlier, Shiv Sena’s Uddhav Thackeray was expected to take charge shortly as Maharashtra’s chief minister in an unlikely coalition with the Nationalist Congress Party and the Congress.
