Indian Army peacekeepers celebrate Republic Day in Congo

Indian Army Peacekeeperscelebrated the 71st Republic Day by unfurling the Tri-colour and organising cultural festivities far away from homeland at DR Congo.

The Indian Peacekeepers at DR Congo (DRC) as part of United Nations Stabilisation Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUSCO) highlighted achievements of India and Indian Army during a social function organised for members of MONUSCO and military staff.

The Message from COAS for the peacekeepers and the UN was very well received. The National Senior of the Mission conveyed the Best Wishes received from the Indian Ambassador, COAS, SRSG, FORCE COMMANDER and DFCP.
