US President Donald Trump has grudgingly extended the “social distancing” guidelines throughout the nation till April 30, 2020 amidst fears of mounting death toll as the US becomes the epicentre of the virus.
The US currently is the new epicentre of the virus with over 1,42,000 cases and over 2300 deaths.
He went on to say that Easter opening now appeared aspirational.
Many other states such as New York have imposed a harsher form of lockdown.

This urge to reopen the nation appears to have curbed by a warning issued by the President’s top medical advisor Dr Anthony Fauci warned that the US could see anywhere between 100,000-200,000 deaths due to this virus.
The State of New York has recorded the most number of positive cases and deaths caused due to this virus.
Federal Government guidelines have warned against gathering of more than 10 people in a place and has especially warned senior citizens against straying out.
People have also been advised to work from home and warned against all forms of social gathering and all restaurants and pubs have been closed down.
