Date:

A screengrab of a tweet attributed to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is being shared on social media.

In the tweet, Rahul Gandhi is seen congratulating Lathika Subhash, Kerela Mahila Congress president, for tonsuring her head.

“Wholeheartedly congratulating dedicated party worker, our mahila congress president of Kerala who is tonsured her head as mark of pledge to lord Murugan,” the tweet read.
