Norwegian Theorist Who Believed COVID-19 Is Hoax Succumbs To Virus

A Norwegian conspiracy theorist who believed COVID-19 was a hoax and hosted grand parties and events has breathed his last after contracting the virus.

Hans Kristian Gaarder, 60, who lived in the Norwegian city of Gran was diagnosed with COVID-19 after he died on April 6.

Just a few days ahead of testing positive,  on March 26 and 27, he hosted an unlawful gathering at a barn on his property, media reports suggest.

Several attendees of his party have tested positive for the virus since then, as local officials work to track down people who came in contact and to calculate the extent of the spread.

He was known as a high profile conspiracy theorist who also edited an online magazine. He is mostly known for his false claims about COVID-19.
