IDFC First Bank CEO V Vaidyanathan Gifts Shares Worth Rs 3.95 Crore To His Staff

IDFC FIRST Bank CEO V Vaidyanathan has gifted 9 lakh shares of the bank held by him to trainer, driver, and househelp. The share is worth Rs 3.95 crore and will help them in purchasing homes.

These staffs are unrelated to him. He has gifted 3 lakh to his trainer Ramesh Raju, 2 lakh each to his househelp Pranjal Narvekar and driver Algarsamy C Munapar; and 1 lakh shares each to office support staff Deepak Pathare and househelp Santosh Jogale.

The bank has also given 2 lakh equity shares to support social activities through Rukmani Social Welfare Trust.
