Priyanka Chopra Interviews US Vice President Kamala Harris At White House; Talks About Gun Control, Equal Opportunities

Washington DC: Priyanka Chopra Jonas visited the White House and interviewed US Vice President Kamala Harris on Friday during the Democratic National Committee Women’s Leadership Forum in Washington DC.

The former Miss World while discussing the leadership roles for women, touched upon various important topics including gun control, pay disparity, and equal opportunities during her session with the madam VP.

Priyanka also mentioned on the stage that this was for the first time in her 22-year-long career that someone offered her the same pay as that of her male co-star in a movie.

Priyanka was seen seated on the stage wearing a gorgeous yellow outfit and interviewing US VP Harris at the Democratic National Committee Women’s Leadership Forum. Priyanka joined her hands in the Indian gesture at the end of the talk.

While fans were proud to see Priyanka add yet another milestone to her career, they were also moved by Nick’s sweet gesture too. The singer took to Instagram and revealed a glimpse of Washington DC and that Nick was spending the day with Malti while Priyanka worked.

He shared that the father-daughter duo stayed back in New York City and enjoyed the day together. “Daddy daughter adventures in NYC,” he captioned the picture.
