A newspaper clip is widely being shared on social media, which suggests that CNN has ranked the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as the fourth most corrupt political party in the world.

On closely observing the newspaper clip, we found that there was a spelling mistake in the article. The article had wrongly spelt “corrupt” in the headline.
We also searched with appropriate keywords and found no such report had been published by CNN on its website.
We found the same claim has been viral since 2017.
We found a similar claim that was viral earlier, which stated that BBC had declared BJP to be the most corrupt party.
We found many media outlets had then debunked the claim calling this to be fake.
BBC had reported earlier that no such survey was conducted by the organisation.
Thus, we can ascertain that the viral claim is fake.
