According to a report by ABP News, dated March 15, 2021, the incident took place at the Bareilly-Moradabad toll plaza in Uttar Pradesh.
According to the report, the man in the car said that he is Additional District Judge and hence should be eligible for toll exemption. However, after a brief argument, the toll manager explained to the judge that only High Court and Supreme Court judges are exempted and the government counsels are not exempted from the same.
Hence, it is clear that the video in circulation is old.
