A Facebook user posted the viral video with a caption: மோடி கொடியசைத்து தொடங்கி வைத்த பலநூறு கோடி செலவில் தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட #வந்தேபாரத் இரயிலின் இன்றைய நிலையை பாருங்க… (English translation: Look at the current situation of #VandeBharat train which was inaugurated by Modi by hoisting the flag…)

NewsMobile fact-checked the viral video, and found it to be false.
Running a Reverse Image Search of the video keyframes, we traced a tweet from an unverified account, published on June 29, 2019. The video matches exactly with the viral clip and the tweet informs that the incident happened in the A1 coach of the Sanghamitra superfast express.
A YouTube video, titled: Water overflows out of AC vent from Sanghamitra express, published on July 3, 2019, on the official channel of The Hindustan Times, matches with the viral clip. The video description as well as the content corroborate the claim that it, indeed, happened inside an A1 coach of the Sanghamitra Superfast Express train. A similar news report can be found on The Times of India, and India TV as well.
Though we could not find any news informing water leakages in one of the berths of the Express train, we came across an article titled: Vande Bharat trains to have sleeper coaches in future: Railway minister, published on December 11, 2022, on The Statesman.
In fact, the Vande Bharat trains do not have sleeper coaches as of now. The government is considering this facility in the Express train soon.
Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral video, claiming water leakage in a sleeper berth in Vande Bharat Express, is false.
