A video of Prime Minister Modi speaking in Lok Sabha is doing rounds on social media. The video is being shared with multiple claims, from PM Modi announcing Lockdown to PM Modi announcing the arrest of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan.

NewsMobile fact-checked the post and found the claim to be false.
We ran a keyword search but did not find any media reports to corroborate the viral claims.
We then noticed that in the video, Sumitra Mahajan has been named as the speaker. From this, we concluded that the video is old as she was speaking from June 2014 to June 2019. The current Lok Sabha Speaker is Om Birla, who took over the post in June 2019.
Based on this, we ran a search and found the original video on the official YouTube channel of the Bharatiya Janata Party. The video was uploaded on Feb 7, 2017, with the title: PM Shri Narendra Modi’s speech on motion of thanks on the President’s Address, 07.02.2017.
We also found the transcript of the speech on the website of the Parliament of India but even after an extensive search, we did not find anything to support the viral claim.
Hence, it is clear that an old, unrelated video is being shared with false claims.
