Performing a Reverse Image Search, we found a YouTube channel carrying the same viral video, dated January 11, 2021, with a caption: “Temple of the Vedic Planetarium Cosmic Chandelier.” According to the information given, the viral video is of the interior of the Vedic Planetarium temple being built in Mayapur, West Bengal. It is being built by ISKCON.
According to the information given on the official website of the Temple of Vedic Planetarium (TOVP), this organisation is collecting donations and building a temple in Mayapur, West Bengal, some videos of which are available on the website. The viral video, present on the website, states that the design seen in the video will be made on the roof of the temple. Many other videos of the temple also have been shared on the website.
Another 3D animation video of the temple design had been posted on the official YouTube channel of the temple, dated March 13, 2021. The video shows the interior of the Vedic Planetarium temple and tells how the temple would look after its construction.
A report on the TV9 website, dated August 27, 2022, informs that ISKCON Mayapur public relations officer Rasik Gaurang was quoted as saying that the construction work of this temple could be completed in 2024.
Thus, it is clear that an animation video is falsely shared as NASA’s clip.
