A Facebook user posted the viral post with a caption: A French policeman gallantly throws a woman on the pavement with a deflection. (footage is a few days old.) And believe me, no one in the West will wring their hands picturesquely, saying that peaceful protesters are offended, these “democratic” policemen can do anything.

Running a Reverse Image Search of the video keyframes, we spotted a news report on San Antonio Current — a weekly newspaper from Texas, dated April 4, 2023, and titled: Viral video captures San Antonio nightclub bouncer body-slamming woman during wild night.
The video embedded in the report matches exactly with the viral clip and looks like a longer version of the latter. It informs that the incident occurred outside a San Antonio nightclub, when two women started fighting each other and the club security guards had to intervene to stop them.
Fox West Texas also reported the incident with the same video, informing that the incident happened outside Privat Social Club off I-10 and UTSA Boulevard after closing. The security guards stopping the fight belong to a private security company named Precision Defense Group.
We could not find any credible news source linking the video to the ongoing French protests. Therefore, we can conclusively say that the viral video, claiming that a French Policeman slammed a woman on the ground, is false.
