Kathmandu: A Fly Dubai flight reportedly caught fire while taking off from the Kathmandu Airport on Monday.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal in a statement added that “Fly Dubai flight 576 (Boeing 737-800) Kathmandu to Dubai is normal now and proceeding to its destination Dubai as per the flight plan.”
The authority further confirmed that the operations at the Kathmandu airport are back to normalcy.
