Imphal: Assam Rifles and Indian Army rescued 23,000 civilians and moved them to the operating bases away from the conflict-hit region on Sunday.

- Sharad Pawar said that he will talk with CM Eknath Shinde and demand the safe return of students stuck in conflict-hit regions.
- Pawar said the parents of several of these stranded students met him at his residence in Baramati, requesting his intervention in ensuring their rescue.
