A picture of some youths wearing ISIS T-shirts is doing the rounds on social media, claiming that the image is from Kerala.
The image was shared on Twitter by a right-wing columnist Shefali Vaidya, after which the screenshot of the tweet went viral.
The image is being shared with a text: This is a picture from Kerala, local Muzlim youth wearing ISIS t-shirt and posing with the ISIS hand signal that there is only ONE God, THEIR God! And yet, people have the nerve to say that #LoveJihad is myth. #TheKeralaStory is REAL!

NewsMobile fact-checked the post, and found it to be false.
Putting the image through Reverse Image Search, we found the original picture in an article by The Hindu, dated August 4, 2014.
The same image was also used in a report by NDTV, dated August 6, 2014, mentioning that one of the people present in the picture was arrested. He had told police ‘they did it to thank ISIS for releasing Indian nurses from their captivity in strife-torn Iraq without harming them’.
As per the report, police had said the youths, who posed for the photo, did not have any links with any terrorist organisation, but they are being monitored.
Earlier, NewsMobile debunked the same image in 2019, when it was linked to the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
