Blood Clot Found In AAP Leader Satyendar Jain’s Brain; Treatment Underway

New Delhi: Hours after the Supreme Court granted interim bail to Former Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain on Friday, it was found that the political leader has reportedly suffered a blood cot due to a brain injury. As per ANI sources in Lok Nayak Hospital where the Aam Aadmi Party leader has been admitted, he is in a stable health condition now.

As per ANI’s report, the leader suffered an injury on the head which caused the clotting of the blood in the brain. The hospital has also constituted a medical board of four doctors who will supervise his treatment and monitor his health.

Reportedly, Jain slipped on the bathroom floor inside Tihar Jail on Thursday and got severely injured. At first, he was admitted to the Deen Dayal Upadhyay (DDU) Hospital and was later shifted to Lok Nayak Hospital as his health deteriorated.

Earlier today, the apex court granted Jain interim bail for six weeks in the money laundering case. The court had also imposed various conditions including neither talking with the media nor leaving Delhi without permission.

A bench of Justices JK Maheshwari and PS Narasimha granted interim bail to Jain till July 11 and directed him not to influence witnesses in the matter. The top court further listed the matter for July 10 for further hearing. Jain was arrested in May 2022 following money laundering charges.
