Four Arrested From Ambala For Firing On Bhim Army Chief Chandra Shekhar Azad

Ambala: Days after the attack on Bhim Army Chief Chandrashekhar Azad, four persons have been arrested from Ambala on Saturday for allegedly firing at him in Deoband.

The arrests were made by the Ambala unit of the Haryana Special Task Force in coordination with the Uttar Pradesh Police near a dhaba in the Shahzadpur area of Ambala.

“The accused, all friends in their 20s, have been brought to Saharanpur and are being examined separately. They have criminal antecedents and belong to low-income groups,” said SSP (Saharanpur) Vipin Tada said on Saturday.

According to UP police officers, the four were on their way to surrender before the Ambala court on Saturday, but were nabbed by the Ambala unit of the Haryana special task force (STF) along with UP police near Shahzadpur area.
