Tel Aviv: US President Joe Biden arrived in Israel on Wednesday in the midst of the war with Palestine. The US President landed in Tel Aviv hours after the deadly airstrike that hit Gaza hospital claiming at least 500 lives.
Upon his arrival in Israel on Wednesday, President Biden said that the massive hospital explosion in Gaza was likely the result of actions by Palestinian militants rather than the Israeli airstrike claimed by the Israeli military.
“Based on what I’ve seen, it appears it was done by the other team, not you,” Biden said as he stood next to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.”
“There’s a lot of people out there that are not sure, so we’ve got to overcome a lot of things,” he added.
Earlier, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and a group of officials landed at Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport. Blinken discussed with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other high-ranking Israeli authorities. Blinken extended support for Israel during his meeting with PM Netanyahu.
