The post is shared on Facebook with a caption: “भारत जोड़ने वाला मिस्त्री 14 February मनाने नानी के घर जा रहा है, इसलिए 10 दिन तक भारत नहीं जोड़ा जाएगा! रुकावट के लिए खेद है 🤣🤣🤣” (English translation: The mechanic who connects India is going to his grandmother’s house to celebrate 14th February, hence India will not be connected for 10 days! We regret the interruption.)

Conducting a Keyword Search, Our NM team traced a news report by Mint, dated February 14, 2024, with a headline: “Rajya Sabha polls: Sonia Gandhi files nomination from Rajasthan|5 things to Know”. It informs that Rahul Gandhi was seen with Sonia and Priyanka Gandhi in Jaipur where his mother filed her nomination for the Rajya Sabha seat.
We also found a tweet by Congress, dated February 14, with a caption: “कांग्रेस पार्टी ने आज झारखंड के मजदूरों से बात कर उनकी समस्याओं को सुना। उनकी 2 मांग हैं- 1. मनरेगा के अंतर्गत जो गारंटी है, उसे ठीक से लागू किया जाए। 2. कार्य अवधि के अनुसार काम और पैसा नहीं मिल रहा है, इस पर कोई कदम उठाए जाएं। झारखंड में केंद्र सरकार मनरेगा का पैसा नहीं दे रही है, यहां दूसरे फंड से मनरेगा मजदूरों को पैसा दिया जा रहा है। केंद्र सरकार की नीति और नीयत बेहद गलत है, जिस कारण मजदूरों को कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। इसलिए हमने ‘भारत जोड़ो न्याय यात्रा’ निकाली है, ताकि सभी के साथ न्याय हो सके। :@nsui प्रभारी @kanhaiyakumar जी” which clarifies that Congress Party held their yatra without Rahul Gandhi on February 14 and talked to the workers of Jharkhand and heard their problems.
Additionally, news agency ANI shared a video of the Congress leader leaving his residence in New Delhi on February 15, 2024, with a caption: “Rahul Gandhi will leave for Bihar today, where he will address a rally in Aurangabad and resume his Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra.”
Therefore, we can conclusively state that the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ has not halted for 10 days as rumoured, and Rahul Gandhi’s Italy visit to celebrate 14th February is fabricated.
