NewsMobile fact-checked the above picture, and found it to be AI-generated.
On closely analysing the picture, the NM team noticed several discrepancies in the picture like all the figures of the man in the front are of the same size and his figures can be seen overlapping. The colour of the uniform of one of the police personnel is different from the rest.
Putting the picture through the AI detection tool, Hive, we found it to be 100% AI-generated.
Hence, with the above findings, it can be concluded that the picture in question is AI-generated, and has no connection with the ongoing farmers’ protest.
