Trump Slams Biden Over Open Border Policy, Says ‘Will Shut Borders Once Elected President’

Ohio: Former American President Donald J Trump criticized the Biden administration over the heavy influx of migrants from the border and migrant crimes while announcing that he would terminate every ‘open border policy’ if he came to power and became the president on Saturday.

Trump was addressing a rally in the Dayton suburb of Vandalia, Ohio, during which he mentioned the death of University of Georgia nursing student Laken Riley.

  • While addressing the Rally Trump said Not a single American life should be lost to migrant crimes. He said that America cannot have another Laken. Trump said that when he becomes the President of the United States he will demand justice for Riley on Day 1. He said that his administration will terminate every open border policy of the present Biden administration. He added that the most simple way to reverse every single Biden disaster is to put him back in the Oval Office.
  • Trump emphasized the situation at the US-Mexico border and said his administration will fix that again. The former president added that his first action as President would be to stop the invasion of the United States and send Joe Biden’s illegal aliens back home.
  • As per Politico, the former president warned of a bloodbath if he isn’t elected and it’s going to be the least of it. He mentioned that it would be a blood bath for the country. Trump often showcases a dark image of the nation to present his case against the current President Joe Biden ahead of the 2024 presidential elections in the United States this year. The elections will be held in November and by January 2025 the new President will be sworn in the White House.
  • During his campaigns, Trump frequently brings up the events of January 6 and still denounces the 2020 elections which he lost to US President Joe Biden. Meanwhile, US President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump secured the Democratic and Republican Presidential nominations, respectively setting up a rematch with each other after the 2020 elections.
