NewsMobile fact checked the post and found the video to be old searched on Google.
We put the keyframes of the video through Reverse Image Search and found a tweet shared by ANI on June 7, 2022, where the viral video was present. As per the post, the incident took place at a coaching center in Patna, where a teacher named Amarkant Kumar was beating the children. After the matter came to notice, the police arrested him.

On searching Google for more information, we found a news published by NDTV in 2022. According to the information given, a tuition teacher in Patna had beaten a five-year-old child. After this the child was also admitted to the hospital.
Republic Bharat had also broadcast this news on its YouTube channel which can be seen below. According to the report, this incident took place at Jaya Coaching Center in Patna.
Thus, we can say that the video is old and the post is misleading.
