A picture of a policeman with stones in his hand is being shared is being shared on social media by linking it to the clashes between Delhi Police personnel and farmers on Republic Day in the backdrop of the ongoing farmers’ protest.
“तस्वीरे खुद बोलती है, क्या हो रहा है ये मेरे देश मे #मैं_भी_किसान #FarmersProtest,” the Facebook post read.

NewsMobile fact-checked the above picture and found that this picture is old and has been circulating on the internet for quite some time now.
We ran a Reverse Image Search and found several tweets and Facebook posts between 2013 and 2017, where the same image was shared.

The same image was shared by Nirmalagiri College SFI Facebook page in 2013.
We also found a blogpost from February 2012 where this picture was featured.
On February 29, 2020, NewsMobile debunked the same picture which was being shared in connection with Delhi riots that took place in 2020.
