Loose cannon Bilawal at it again

Date:

Islamabad: Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s impulsive nature again came to the forefront with his finger now pointing towards the UN and its supposed failure in the Kashmir dispute.

Addressing the 7th SZABIST Model UN at Sindh Assembly, on Sunday, Bilawal said the UN was not imposing itself on India. According to the UN resolution-1172, Pakistan and India were prohibited to be provided with nuclear technology and its material but Bilawal accused the UN of not implementing it in the case of India.

“We cannot tolerate such a behaviour from a world body towards a democratic Muslim nation,” Bilawal said, adding that they had only two ways of either becoming a prosperous Muslim nation or to become a religious fascist state that could not only endanger region’s peace but also the world peace.

While speaking to the National Youth Parliament’s session in the Sindh Assembly on Monday, the chief of Pakistan People’s Party went on the to call India’s Kashmir as “brutal occupation”, demanding the world to pay attention.

Bilawal’s earlier tirade saw him vowing to get back entire Kashmir from India. “I will take back Kashmir, all of it, and I will not leave behind a single inch of it because, like the other provinces, it belongs to Pakistan,” he had said, addressing the party workers in Multan region in Punjab on September 19.

His fiery comments come after announcing plans to run for Pakistan’s next general election in 2018.  The 25-year-old is the son of former President Asif Ali Zardari and late Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.
