Non-Congress parties have ruined UP in 27 years: Babbar

Amethi, Aug 22 (PTI) Uttar Pradesh Congress chief RajBabbar today said the state has become backward in everyaspect within a span of 27 years as political parties otherthan Congress have played "hateful politics based oncaste, creed and colour." He was addressing a public meeting in Jais, whichfalls under Amethi Lok Sabha constituency, under the campaign"Sattais sal, UP Behal." The actor-turned-politician, said people sitting on theseat of power are relying on lies. Criticising the Akhilesh Yadav government, he said,"Government’s major agenda is meant for some particularcaste." He assured people that if Congress returns to power, UttarPradesh will see new dimensions of development in everyaspect. Congress leaders PL Puniya and Pramod Tiwari also spoke onthe occasion.
