The high court’s order came on the pleas of Vora,Fernandes, Dubey, Pitroda and a company YI. Gandhi’s had notmoved high court against summoning of the documents andbalance sheet. Sonia, Rahul, Vora, Fernandes, Dubey, Pitroda and YoungIndian Pvt Ltd (YI) are accused in the case filed by Swamy. Swamy has accused them of allegedly conspiring to cheatand misappropriate funds by just paying Rs 50 lakh by which YIobtained the right to recover Rs 90.25 crore which AssociatedJournals Pvt Ltd (AJL) owed to the Congress party.
