Govt should deal strictly with separatists in Kashmir: Ramdev

Nagpur, Sep 11 (PTI) The Central government should dealstrictly with the separatists spreading unrest in Kashmir,yoga guru Baba Ramdev said today. "The government should tighten its grip over the handfulof separatists who are causing trouble in the (northern)state," he said. Ninety-nine per cent population in Kashmir is peaceloving, but the remaining are creating trouble and they shouldbe dealt with an iron hand, Ramdev told reporters here. The yoga guru, who led the campaign for bringing backblack money two years ago, said there was a need for resultoriented and more effective steps in this direction. On the overall performance of the Centre, Ramdev said theNarendra Modi-led government was the best on three frontsnamely internal and external security of the country,formulating new policy and its execution and bringinginternational prestige and place in the world.
