Gaggan Anand’s restaurant in Bangkok made news in March as something WOW happened. The Asian investment bankers left the tip, almost equal to their food bill. The bill was 50,000 baht and the tip was 49,997 baht. The restaurant called back customers, to check on it.
This is the two-time winner of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants! I think this is a well deserved tip.
