Winters are cold and foggy, especially in the Northern part of India. They also lead to disruption of services. In Delhi, 94 trains were running late, two were cancelled and 16 rescheduled due to low visibility.
Also, over 6 International and 7 domestic flights operating from Delhi’s IGI airport were delayed, 1 domestic flight cancelled.
Dense fog is also seems in other states like UP< Haryana, neighbouring Delhi.
