In a fresh development in the UP minor gang-rape case, Ex-SP minister Gayatri Prajapati has been arrested been arrested from Lucknow after he was absconding for over 17 days.
Earlier, three accomplices named in FIR Rupesh, Amrinder and Vikas were arrested.
