While the country is enjoying Holi, Bollywood celebrities too enjoyed the festival and took Twitter to share wishes. Amitabh Bachchan took to Twitter to share wishes. He wrote, “the Holika has been burnt and the prayers done .. the ‘tilak’ colours put .. and the special sweetmeat for the occasion ‘gujiya’ consumed.” He also shared the pictures of the family celebrating Holika. In the pictures, Abhishek Bachchan was missing as he is currently shooting for Anurag Kashyap’s Manmarziyan with Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu.
Actor Juhi Chawla took to Twitter and wrote, “The festival signifies the victory of good over evil,the arrival of spring, the end of winter, & for many a festive day to meet others, play & laugh,forget & forgive & repair broken relationships.
