American producer and Director, Glenn Weiss after grabbing the Emmy surprised the audience when he proposed his girlfriend, Jan Svendsen for marriage on the live stage. What’s more cute is she said a YES!

After Svendsen joined Weiss on stage, the Emmy winner offered her a ring that his dad gave to his mom over 67 years ago, reported the Hollywood Reporter. “Jan, I want to put this ring that my mom wore on her finger in front of all these people and in front of my mom and your parents watching from above. Will you marry me?” he asked before an emotional Svendsen said “yes.”
Weiss has won 11 Emmy Awards and six Directors Guild of America awards as a director and producer for various awards shows and reality shows including Tony Awards, Kennedy Center Honors, and Academy Awards.
