Several dubious facts were unveiled on Tuesday by the team Republic and Arnab Goswami against Shashi Tharoor, after 19 parts of Sunanda Pushkar Tapes was leaked on Monday. Shashi Tharoor is now in a tough situation to give answers to the questions asked by the Republic team on Tuesday. The tape reveals the conversation between Journalist Prema and his Right-Hand man Narayan. 1: In the testimony, Tharoor says he didn’t come back to the Leela Palace hotel that night when Sunanda Pushkar was murdered, while Narayan can be clearly heard saying ”Sahaab aa rae hai” (Boss is coming) in the tapes, Prema then confirms by asking, is it Tharoor? and Narayan reply’s yes.
2: Shashi Tharoor’s assistant Narayan, said he was sent by Sunanda Pushkar in his testimony while in the tapes he says Tharoor sent me.
3: According to the police reports, Sunanda’s body was found in room no-345 in Leela Palace Hotel. In the tapes, however, Narayan mentions about room no-307 before her murder.
Shashi Tharoor, on the other hand, was seen aggressive by these charges of the republic. His men are also seen in the video physically harassing the republic journalists. Mr. Saurabh Shukla, Editor in Cheif of newsmobile.in, highly condemned this act by Tharoor’s and his goon’s and he said “With such evidence, Tharoor and Narayan should be put under lie detector test. Being a crime and Investigative journalist I highly condemn his approach of harassing journalists he and his man should be charged by the law”.
