Toyota engineers decided to something extraordinary with the beast Land Cruiser to make it the ‘fastest SUV‘ ever. The usual Land Cruiser with V8 5.7 liters engine was overhauled in a massive scale to achieve the speed over 370 kmph.

This beast was has unimaginable 2000 horsepower which is accompanied by two huge turbochargers which could generate around 55 psi force which is thrice the stock Land Cruiser.
The team made sure that a such heavy weight SUV manages to reach the desired top speed without any uncertainty of disaster. The Toyota’s Motorsports Technical Center made stronger pistons, rods and new intake to maintain the stability and confidence in such speed.

With better aerodynamics and lower ground clearance, former NASCAR driver Carl Edwards managed to reach 342 kmph in 4.1 mile stretch in Mohave port, California, without getting his legs off the acceleration pedal.
