Two days after the heart-wrenching Pulwama terror attack, a major-rank Army officer martyred in an IED blast near the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu Kashmir’s Nowshera sector.
The incident took place while the major was defusing the IED, which had been planted by terrorists, ANI reported.

The officer is from the Corps of Engineers. The IED was planted 1.5 kilometres inside the LoC.
