One labourer killed, two injured in clash

New Delhi, Sep 3 (PTI) One person was killed and twowere injured in an altercation between two groups of labourersin central Delhi’s Arambagh area, police said today. What started off as a minor scuffle over intruding ineach others’ working area last evening, escalated into a majorclash with one group of labourers brandishing knives againstthe other. Eighteen-year-old Surender was stabbed in the chest andsuccumbed to his injuries, police said. His friends, Rahul andVinod, sustained injuries and are currently undergoingtreatment at Lady Hardinge Hospital, a senior police officersaid.
