UP Child Porn Racket: UP Govt Engineer Sexually Abused 70 Children, CBI Probe Reveals

The finding of the CBI has revealed some shocking news related to the UP child abuse case involving engineer Rambhawan who was arrested last month on charges of child sexual abuse and selling indecent photographs and videos to pedophiles around the world via the darknet.

According to the central body, the accused engineer had made more than 70 children a victim of their lust. There is also the suspicion that victims would be infected with HIV. Rambhawan’s wife also used to support him in the act. The accused used to victimize the children of poor families and carried out all the crimes.

In November, CBI arrested Ram Bhawan, a 40-year-old engineer in the UP government, for sexually abusing minors for several years and selling the content on the internet.

A case has been registered against him under the IT Act, Posco Law, and Section 377 of the IPC. The accused targeted children from 5 to 16 years. The CBI said that several mobile phones, eight lakh rupees in cash, sex toys, laptops, and accessories related to sexual assault of children have been recovered from the perpetrator.

Not one or two, but there were more than 65 videos and 600 objectionable photos in his phone.
