New Delhi: Ambience Mall, located in South Delhi’s upscale Vasant Kunj area, has been closed after a section of its roof collapsed late on Monday night, no one was injured in the incident. This mishap unfolded amidst routine maintenance within the mall’s central atrium.

DCP (Southwest) Rohit Meena said. “It occurred near the escalators around 12.47 am. Thankfully, no injuries have been reported so far.”
Atul Garg, Chief of Fire Services, confirmed that no distress calls were received by emergency services in the immediate aftermath of the collapse. The Delhi Police has launched an investigation into the incident to ascertain the root cause.
Earlier, two men lost their lives after an iron grille fell them at a shopping mall in Noida Extension.
