Six people die, 43 injured as bus falls into a gorge in Jharkhand

At least six people died and 43 were injured as a bus fell into a gorge at Anuraj Ghati in Garhwa district, Jharkhand on Tuesday. According to the police, the incident took place around 3.30 am.

The Bus was onroute to Garhwa, about 140 km from Ranchi, from Ambikapur in Chhattisgarh. 

The  Central Reserve Police Personnel (CRPF) forces have helped in retrieving the dead bodies and several others who were injured.

Three of the injured had been referred to the Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences in Ranchi, and the rest have been shifted to a local hospital
