New Delhi: Amidst all the political chaos, two persons are emerging victorious – the crusader for Telangana, K C Rao and an actor in search of a new role, Chiranjeevi.
If Congress Chanakya Digvijay Singh is to be believed, Telangana Rashtra Samithi will merge with Congress presumably for the price of Chief Minister.
It is believed in Congress circles that a charismatic and non-controversial Chiranjeevi is chosen as the Chief Minister of Andhra instead of Jaipal Reddy who is closely identified with the inner circle that took the bifurcation decision, it would bode well for the Congress in the next election.
Congress trouble-shooters, Ahmad Patel and Digvijay Singh, is firmly of the view that installing a Chief Minister for three months and bringing new blood will refurbish the image of Congress.
