New Delhi: K M Joseph, the senior most Judge of the Kerala High Court, has been appointed Chief Justice of the Uttarakhand High Court.
The 56-year-old Joseph was appointed the Permanent Judge of Kerala High Court on October 14, 2004. Prior to this was a civil and constitutional matters practitioner since 1983.
