Denzel Washington kicks off Twitter campaign to play next James Bond

Washington: Denzel Washington recently kicked off a campaign on Twitter in order to play the next James Bond.

The 59 year-old actor urged his fans to tweet the hashtag “DenzelIsJamesBond” on the social networking site, Contactmusic reported.

This campaign started when the Academy Award winner participated in Reddit’s ‘Ask Me Anything’ chat on Twitter and when someone asked the actor about starring in one of the Bond movies to which the actor replied that he would love to be the next Bond.

Washington urged fans to start a Twitter campaign for him, saying, that everybody should tweet the actor was James Bond and they should send it to the studio.
