Mumbai: Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone’s recent run-in with a leading English daily over a “cleavage controversy” had been the talk of the town.

A picture of the actress with a titillating caption was published by the English daily. The same media house finds itself in a soup after triggering another controversy involving the ‘Arjun Rampal- Mehr Jessia Rampal- Sussanne Khan’ triangle.

The daily had published reports claiming that Arjun’s wife has apparently found about that Sussane and Arjun had travelled abroad to spend some quality time with each other a few months ago.

The report further stated that when Arjun’s wife decided to confront her husband and dear friend, they both denied the claim and maintained that they are just good friends.

But, this time around, an inconsolable Mehr was apparently in no mood to pay heed to their repeated denials.

Also, according to the daily, another star wife close to both Mehr and Khan mentioned that both the ladies are no longer friends because of the latter’s proximity with Arjun.

However, it turned out that the reports are a hoax as Arjun took to Twitter to slam the rumors and the daily. After having lost his patience, Arjun came out strongly against the fabricated story about his personal life that was published in the daily.

In his tweet, he raised questions on the media enquiring who had given them the right for taking a dig at someone’s personal life. He also warned the media to stay away from him and his family.

In the past, Arjun was reported to have been the reason behind Sussanne and Hrithik Roshan’s separation that shook B-Town.

Meanwhile, Hrithik also took to Twitter to express his disgust over the matter. He tweeted, “If u people knew how much false news is printed, d papers wud actually stop selling. I am disgusted 2day..,” he tweeted adding, “But powerful good people know how 2walk their truth no matter what…”

Sussanne, on the other hand, took a more direct and stern approach to crush her detractors. Calling the piece a ‘speculation’ and a bright example of ‘rumor mongering’ she said, “Not the slightest effort was made to reach me to ask for my inputs into an article that deals with my life.”

While the news has going viral, Arjun’s move surely puts an end to the rumors, thereby hinting that all is well between the happily married couple and their friendship with Khan is still strong.

After continually stirring controversies, it appears that the leading daily has landed itself in trouble after the much-talked about ‘Cleavage Controversy’. Padukone’s stand against the daily for her much-controversial cleavage row was supported by many celebs from the industry as well as the public.
