Troll team goes all guns blazing!

Be it for the sake of promoting films, engaging with fans or speaking their mind on any issue, Bollywood stars use social media to their absolute advantage.

But since the virtual medium hardly has a filter, the celebs often invite unwanted attention from the troll team and get themselves into trouble on social media.

NewsMobile brings you a list of celebs that got badly trolled due to lack of awareness on the topic and was left as a part of mockery among everyone.

‘Selfie’-hit Shruti Seth:

TV actor and presenter Shruti Seth recently got trolled on Twitter for criticising PM Narendra Modi’s #selfiewithdaughter campaign. She tweeted, “Seriously get over your selfie obsession Mr. PM. Be more than a photograph. Come on!” after PM urged dads to send him selfies with daughter in his Mann Ki Baat.

Soon after that, the actress invited wrath of the Twitterati after she tweeted against PM Modi’s selfie with daughter announcement and actually turned out in a very dirty manner. Post her tweet, Shruti was trolled on Twitter and her timeline was flooded with angry messages. But the actress did not seem to bother about it at all and tweeted that she loves trolls.  

Later, Shruti got so upset with the tweet that she finally deleted the tweet but that too didn’t worked in her favour. On Thursday, she wrote a note in which she mentioned she might have deleted the tweet but she still stands with her verdict and these trolling will not stop her.

‘All’s not well’ Alia Bhatt:

Alia, the young Bollywood beauty who made waves with her brilliant acting career and her none-to-zero IQ has got the title of largest target of social media trolls. Alia is a controversy in herself, wherever she goes, she leaves image of one of the dumbest girls of our Indian cinemas.

It all started when Alia made a fool of herself on India’s premier talk show, Koffee with Karan by confidently naming “Prithviraj Chauhan” as the current Prime Minster of India.

Alia’s single but most severe blooper has led her social media presence to dirt. She has been the fastest of the celebrities to be crowned with multiple social media troll pages, with her rising popularity as the laughing stock of the market.

Some of the fans even went to the extent of calling the young beauty an icon of “idiocity and stupidity”.

Not only are several Facebook pages been regularly updated about her trolling acts, but social media audience have taken these pages named “Alia Bhatt trolls” to open a forum for discussions.

‘Random Tweet’ Rishi Kapoor:

Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor has landed himself into many controversies ever since he joined the micro blogging site Twitter.

Be it beef being banned or his opinion on Deepika Padukone’s video, where he allegedly called women, “kamzor (weak)” he has always succeeded in grabbing the limelight but for a wrong reason.

The yesteryear superstar manages to court some controversy or the other, the latest one taking a lot of personal hues. Recently the actor faced the ire of Twitterati, when he posted a meme which made fun of Alia Bhatt’s IQ and Sonakshi Sinha’s weight on Twitter however; it seems that Sona is not in the least affected by Rishi’s joke. But it seemed like Twitteraties took it really seriously and managed to maintain their anger only after Rishi removed that picture from his Twitter account.

Recently, Rishi was in another controversy and it seems the actor was very angry with a twitterati who wrote some things which weren’t in the favour of the actor and that topic ended into a very filthy conversation which was not appreciated by anyone.

‘Bang’ banged Hrithik Roshan:

Hrithik is definitely the hot talk of social media these days. Well, the actor landed himself in trouble for tweeting about “The Dress”, which went viral about three months ago but what came as a surprise was that the Bang Bang actor tweeted about it on May 21, 2015. It did not take long for the actor to realise and he posted another tweet that read, “Guess I’m great at remembering faces and emotions, dresses not so much. (thankfully!)” [sic] But the damage was done. Hrithik had already become a victim of internet trolling with several tweets making the actor trend on Twitter.

Well, this wasn’t the end, picture abhi baki hai mere dost!

Just a few days after getting mercilessly trolled on Twitter, Hrithik was again at the receiving end of the Twitterati’s wrath, but this time for a more serious issue.

Hrithik took to Twitter on June 4 to condemn the Manipur attack, but a little less on knowledge as he was, he chose the wrong words to convey his message. He wrote, “My heartfelt condolences to d families of the 20 jawans killed in a mindless ambush by Manipur tribals…Salute”

Soon after, expressing disapproval over the use of the word ‘tribals’ instead of militants in Hrithik’s tweet, Twitterati started reacting. Though the ‘Bang Bang’ actor corrected his mistake five hours later in a tweet that read, “Correction- unidentified Manipur tribal militant groups  … To be more precise”, the damage had been done.

But that time the damage has been caused and he again became the victim of the social media trolls.

Going West’ Kim Kardashian:

Ever since Kim Kardashian announced her second pregnancy, the question on everyone’s mind has been what would be the name of North West’s sibling!

The internet basically has all bets on the second child being named South West. LOL! Well, there were other predictions also which left everyone with shock and fun at the same time. Some of the names were like West West, Wilde West, Go West, and Beyoncé West to name a few.

And in the way, Kim and Kayne got badly trolled on the social media for quite sometime.
