Sunny Leone breaks her silence on condom ad row

New Delhi: Day after CPI leader Atul Anjan’s sexist comment on Bollywood actress Sunny Leone, accusing her as a reason for rising rape as she endorse condoms, Sunny Leone on Thursday took on twitter putting forward her stand on the issue.

“Sad when people of power waste their time and energy on me, instead of focusing on helping those in need,” Leone tweeted.

Meanwhile, Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty granting support to Leone, slammed the CPI leader.

“It’s just some of the fringe who thinks like that,” Shetty said at an event.

“I don’t think everybody thinks like that, it’s very silly. These things happen everywhere. There are controversies everywhere and this is a really silly thing that you are giving too much attention to it,” Shilpa Shetty added.
