Sushant Singh Rajput has been suffering from insomnia. He follows a hectic schedule and finally decided to spend some extra time at the gym, so he can sleep better. He has even cut down his caffeine intake but it was of no use.

Yoga will rescue him from insomnia:

He will be starting yoga and meditation to cope up with his sleeplessness. Several studies show that yoga can help improve sleep among people suffering from chronic insomnia.
