Steve Martin performs in a crowded elevator for new video

Date:

Hollywood funnyman Steve Martin and Edie Brickell have brought a new meaning to the term ‘Elevator Music’ in the video for their new song ‘Won’t go back’.

Paul Simon’s wife sings the track in a lift with Martin, 70, on banjo as they’re joined by a ballet dancer on backing vocals, a bass playing Rabbi, a police officer with a double bass and a biker dude on tambourine, among other musical apartment building neighbours.

The new song comes from Martin and Brickell’s new album, ‘So Familiar’- the follow-up to the duo’s hit 2013 debut ‘Love Has Come for You’.
