New Delhi: It’s President Pranab Mukherjee’s 80th birthday and Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to twitter to convey his wishes on Friday.
“I convey my heartfelt wishes to our beloved President, Shri Pranab Mukherjee on his birthday. I pray for his long & healthy life. President Mukherjee’s long years in public life make him an invaluable asset to our nation. His wisdom & intelligence have few parallels,” the Prime Minister tweeted.
He added that the President has always been a respected leader among his friends and well wishers across the political spectrum.
Gujarat Chief minister Anandiben Patel and her Madhya Pradesh counterpart Shivraj Singh Chouhan along with Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Giriraj Singh also sent their greeting and wishes to President Mukherjee on his birthday.
