14-year old’s body found from barrage

Medininagar (Jharkhand), Aug 16 (PTI) The body of a14-year-old boy was recovered today from Mohammadgunj Barrage,36 hours after he went missing, police said. The victim, Abhisekh Pandey, a student of Tenthstandard, went missing after he had gone to Singra villagewith friends to see the surge in rain-fed Koel river onMonday, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Arun Kumar Ekka said. The Palamau and adjoining Garwah administrationdeployed divers to trace the body, which was found fromMohammadgunj Barrage, about 80 kms from Medininagar, he said.
